摘 要:为探究不同盐度驯化对虹鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)和金鳟(Oncorhynchus mykiss)的鳃的影响,以盐度0为对照,研究了15‰和30‰两种盐度驯化虹鳟和金鳟后,鱼体鳃、血清中Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活力、血清中皮质醇含量和鳃、肾脏的组织学变化。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,低盐度下随驯化盐度提高,虹鳟、金鳟鳃部Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活力均呈增加趋势,但高盐度驯化时二者鳃部Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活力受抑制,血清中Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活力较低,且活力随盐度变化不大。血清皮质醇浓度随着驯化盐度增加而升高,盐度30‰条件下虹鳟和金鳟血清中皮质醇的含量达到最高值。虹鳟和金鳟的组织切片结果显示,驯化盐度过高时对二者肾脏和鳃组织均造成破坏,肾脏组织表现为肾小囊及肾小球遭到破坏并完全消失,鳃组织出现明显的氯细胞数量激增和鳃丝上皮脱落且鳃丝变细变长。To understand the effects of salinity taming to the gill of rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)and golden rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss),with salinity 0 as the control group,the Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase activity in the gills and serum,cortisol content in serum,and histological changes in gills and kidneys of rainbow trout and golden rainbow trout domesticated at salinity levels 15‰and 30‰were studied.The results showed that compared with the control group,under low salinity,the Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase activity in the gills of rainbow trout and golden rainbow trout increased with the increase of domestication salinity.However,under high salinity domestication,the Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase activity in the gills of both groups was inhibited,the Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase activity in the serum was lower,and the activity did not change significantly with salinity.The serum cortisol concentration increased with the increase of domestication salinity,and the cortisol content in the serum of rainbow trout and golden rainbow trout reached the highest value under salinity 30‰.The tissue sectioning results of rainbow trout and golden rainbow trout showed that high domestication salinity caused damage to the kidneys and gill tissues of both species.The renal tissues were characterized by the destruction and complete disappearance of renal capsule and glomeruli,as well as a significant increase in the number of chloride cells and shedding of gill epithelial cells and thinning and elongation of gill filaments in the gill tissues.
