摘　　要：讨论1例腹腔感染患者术后使用吸入用布地奈德混悬液致白细胞升高的罕见不良反应识别及药学监护。临床药师分析腹腔感染患者用药经过,得出患者白细胞升高可能与吸入用布地奈德混悬液相关,通过停药、优化治疗方案并对患者实施药学监护,患者白细胞水平快速恢复,保障了患者用药安全。To discuss the identification and pharmaceutical care of a rare adverse reaction of leukocytosis caused by the use of inhaled budesonide suspension in a patient with abdominal infection.The clinical pharmacist analyzed the medication process of the patient with abdominal infection and concluded that the patient's elevated white blood cell count may be related to the use of budesonide suspension for inhalation.By discontinuing the medication,optimizing the treatment plan,and implementing pharmaceutical care for the patient,the patient's white blood cell counts rapidly returned to normal,ensuring the safety of the patient's medication.
