柏苓化浊丸治疗炎症性疾病的网络药理学探讨

摘　　要：本研究以国医大师林天东研制的院内制剂柏苓化浊丸为研究对象,运用网络药理学方法探究院内制剂柏苓化浊丸治疗炎症性精液不液化症可能的作用机制。通过TCMSP数据库,从院内制剂柏苓化浊丸中筛选得到79个有效活性成分,551个疾病基因靶点,与前列腺炎相关疾病共同存有113个不重复相交集的靶点基因。院内制剂柏苓化浊丸主要分清浊,清湿热,其活性成涉及的核心靶点参与了介导免疫反应,通过与不同类别的细胞受体结合激活,控制包括基因转录、免疫反应、细胞粘附、细胞周期进程、细胞凋亡、迁移和转化在内的生物活性进程。因此,院内制剂柏苓化浊丸的网络药理学分析可为进一步深入研究柏苓化浊丸作用机理提供理论基础和科学依据,助推基于院内制剂柏苓化浊丸的创新药物开发。In this study,Bailing Huozhuo pill(BLHZP),a hospital preparation developed by Lin Tiandong,was used as the research object,and the possible mechanism of action of BLHZP in the treatment of inflammatory semen non-liquefaction syndrome was investigated by using network pharmacology.Through TCMSP database,79 active ingredients and 551 disease gene targets were selected from the hospital preparation BLHZP,and 113 non-overlapping target genes were found in common with prostatitis related diseases.Hospital preparation BLHZP mainly removes turbidity by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of inflammatory semen non-liquification syndrome.The core targets involved in its active ingredients participate in mediating immune response,and are activated by binding with different types of cell receptors,controlling biological activity processes including gene transcription,immune response,cell adhesion,cell cycle progression,apoptosis,migration and transformation.Therefore,the network pharmacological analysis of BLHZP can provide theoretical basis and scientific basis for further research on the mechanism of action of BLHZP,and promote the development of innovative drugs based on BLHZP.
