摘　　要：以上海某混凝土制品公司为研究对象开展了土壤污染状况调查以明确地块土壤环境状况,为地块的后续开发利用提供相应的环境管理依据。通过第一阶段调查,识别出地块历史上存在农田、码头堆场、混凝土制品公司,且存在疑似污染区域。因而进行第二阶段土壤污染状况调查,检测结果表明地块内土壤和地下水的环境质量均满足相关标准要求,可作为港口码头用地开发利用,无需开展下一阶段详细调查工作。The soil pollution status of a concrete products company in Shanghai was investigated to clarify the soil environment status of the plot and provide the corresponding environmental management basis for the subsequent development and utilization of the plot.Through the first-stage investigation,it was identified that there were farmlands,dock yards,concrete products companies in the history of the plot,and there were suspected contaminated areas.Therefore,the second stage of soil pollution investigation was carried out,and the test results showed that the environmental quality of soil and groundwater in the plot met the relevant standards and requirements,and it could be used as a port and wharf land development and utilization,without the need to carry out the next stage of detailed investigation.
