摘　　要：汽车空调系统是整车系统的重要组成部分,空调系统功能的好坏直接影响着整车的舒适性,所以泄漏故障直接使空调系统缺失制冷剂,直接影响空调功能的使用。文章着重介绍某款轻型商用车空调系统冷凝器泄漏故障的分析与改进,经过一系列的改进措施及验证,空调冷凝器泄漏故障率得到有效降低。The car air conditioning system is an important part of the whole vehicle system.The quality of the air conditioning system directly affects the comfort of the whole vehicle,so the failure rate diameter of the air conditioning system components affects the use of the air conditioning function.This article focusses on the analysis and improvement of the leakage fault of the condenser in the air conditioning system of a light commercial vehicle.After a series of improvement measures and verification,the leakage failure rate of the air conditioner condenser has been effectively reduced.
