摘　　要：水源保护区周边的开发建设行为,在一定程度上会对水源保护区的生态环境产生一定影响。研究以西溪饮用水源二级保护区为例,分析新建房地产项目对水源保护区生态环境的影响,同时提出施工期和运营期相应的环保措施对策,针对性给出环境风险应急预案,以期为类似工程建设提供借鉴思路和价值。The development and construction activities around water source protection areas can have a certain impact on the ecological environment of the water source protection areas.Taking the Xixi drinking water source secondary protection area as an example,this study analyzes the impact of new real estate construction on the ecological environment of the water source protection area.It also proposes corresponding environmental protection measures during the construction and operation periods and provides targeted environmental risk emergency plans.The aim is to provide reference ideas and value for similar engineering projects.
