摘　　要：本文从实践视角出发,详细阐述银川市第二次全国污染源普查工作流程及方法,探索研究污染源普查工作经验对银川市生态环境质量持续改善的重要意义,为进一步加强污染源监管、改善环境质量、防控环境风险、服务环境经济综合决策提供依据。From a practical perspective,this paper elaborates on the workflow and methods of the Second National p\Pollution Source Census in Yinchuan City.It explores the significance of the experience gained from the pollution source census for the continuous improvement of Yinchuan's ecological environment quality.This research provides a basis for further strengthening the regulation of pollution sources,improving environmental quality,preventing and controlling environmental risks,and serving comprehensive decision-making for environmental economics.
