摘 要:污染源监测是环境质量监测工作的重要内容,加强对污染源监测的质量控制,可以使监测结果更为准确,以更真实、有效地反映现场实际情况。本文主要从现场监测人员资质、采样仪器设备选择、样品采集、样品保存与运输、监测过程摄录等方面,分析总结了污染源污水现场监测质量控制技术,明确了污水监测的关键环节,在符合污水监测技术规范的基础上,尽量做到与我国生态环境案件的司法诉讼要求相衔接,提高污水监测工作的规范性和法律有效性,真实反映排污单位污水排放的状况。Pollution source monitoring is a crucial component of environmental quality monitoring.Strengthening the quality control of pollution source monitoring can make the monitoring results more accurate,reflecting the actual on-site conditions more truthfully and effectively.This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the quality control techniques for on-site monitoring of pollutant source wastewater from the aspects of qualifications of on-site monitoring personnel,selection of sampling instruments and equipment,sample collection,sample preservation and transportation,and recording of the monitoring process.It clarifies the key links of wastewater monitoring and aims to align with the judicial litigation requirements of ecological environment cases in China as much as possible,while complying with the technical specifications for wastewater monitoring.This approach enhances the standardization and legal validity of wastewater monitoring work,providing a true reflection of the wastewater discharge conditions of polluting units.
