摘　　要：社会心理服务体系作为社会治理的重要组成部分,有助于创造和谐稳定的社会环境,其试点工作是推进平安中国、健康中国建设的重要抓手。宿州市作为社会心理服务体系的试点城市,通过内外联动的协同治理机制,采用特色培训模式,培养社会心理服务实干型人才,打造精品心理服务活动,将社会心理服务引入到治理领域等体系化建设。这一系列体系化建设举措不仅推动了社会心理服务体系建设的理论研究,丰富了精细化治理的内涵;也打造了社会治理的“心”模式,推动社会心理服务体系建设与社会治理的协同发展。As an important component of social governance,the social psychological service system helps to create a harmonious and stable social environment.Its pilot work is very important to promote the construction of a safe and healthy China.As a pilot city for the social and psychological service system,Suzhou has established a collaborative governance mechanism through internal and external linkage,including adopting a distinctive training model to cultivate practical talents in social and psychological services,creating high-quality psychological activities and introducing psychological services into the field of governance.This series of systematic construction measures not only promote theoretical research on the construction of social psychological service systems,but also enrich the connotation of refined governance;It has also created a"heart"model for social governance,promoting the coordinated development of social psychological service system construction and social governance.
