摘　　要：硫磺回收装置焚烧炉烟气经钠法脱硫处理后温度约60℃,直接排放时烟气中水蒸汽过饱和凝结后形成大白烟,造成视觉污染。通过提高烟气温度可以降低烟气湿度,达到消白效果。本技术利用酸性水汽提装置的净化水作为热源,将脱硫塔、烟气-净化水换热器、烟囱三台设备一体化布置,并充分利用各类塔内件的优点,在脱硫塔不同位置设置不同形式的内构件,既达到消白目的,又不增加装置占地面积,系统压降增加值最小,且现场布置美观大方。The temperature of the flue gas from the incinerator of the sulfur recovery unit after sodium desulfurization treatment is about 60℃.When directly discharged,the water vapor in the flue gas is supersaturated and condenses to form large white smoke,causing visual pollution.By increasing the temperature of the flue gas,the humidity of the flue gas can be reduced,achieving the effect of whitening.This technology utilizes the purified water from the acidic water stripping unit as the heat source,integrating the desulfurization tower,flue gas purified water heat exchanger,and chimney.It fully utilizes the advantages of various tower internals and sets different forms of internal components at different positions of the desulfurization tower,achieving the purpose of desulfurization without increasing the equipment footprint.The system pressure drop increase is minimized,and the on-site layout is aesthetically pleasing.
