摘 要:设计一种利用手机传感器测定植物总铁量的方法。采用邻二氮菲显色法测定文山三七花的总铁量,利用手机光照度传感器结合“Phyphox”软件作为检测器,采集白色复合光透过显色体系后的光照度值变化,建立分析信号与溶液浓度的定量关系,测定植物样品的总铁量,并将该方法与火焰原子吸收光谱法进行显著性比较。结果表明,该方法与火焰原子吸收光谱法无显著性差异,测定结果可信。为利用智能手机传感器测定不同显色体系中金属离子的含量供了一种新的思路和方法。A method for the determination of total iron content in plants by mobile phone sensor was designed.The total iron content of Panax Notoginseng flower was determined by o-diazophene chromogenic method.The change of illuminance value of white composite light after passing through the chromogenic system was collected by mobile phone illuminance sensor combined with“Phyphox”software as detector,and the quantitative relationship between analysis signal and solution concentration was established to determine the total iron content of plant samples.This method was significantly compared with flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that there was no significant difference between this method and flame atomic absorption spectrometry,for the use of smart phones sensor for determining the content of metal ion in different chromogenic system providing a kind of new thought and method.
