摘  要:试样经氢氟酸-硝酸-高氯酸体系消解,KED模式消除干扰基体的影响,在选定的仪器工作条件下,以76Ge为分析同位素,建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定铅锌矿中锗的分析方法。该方法检出限为:0.05 ng·g^(-1),精密度(RSD,n=6)为:0.54%~2.37%。将方法应用于国家一级标准物质(GBW07163和GBW07165)中锗的测定,其6次测定的平均值与标准物质推荐值相一致。本方法具备稳定、线性好、灵敏度高、线性范围宽等优势,在测试大量的样品时能够有效的缩短劳动时间。The sample was digested by hydrofluoric acid-nitrate-perchloric acid system,KED mode eliminated the influence of interference matrix,under selected instrument operating conditions,isotopes were analyzed with 76Ge.An analytical method for the determination of germanium in lead-zinc ore by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.The detection limit of this method was 0.05 ng·g^(-1),precision(RSD,n=6)was 0.54%~2.37%.The method was applied to the determination of germanium in the national first-class reference materials(GBW07163 and GBW07165),the average value of the six determinations was consistent with the recommended value of the reference material.The method had the advantages of stability,good linearity,high sensitivity and wide linear range,can effectively reduce labor time when testing a large number of samples.
