摘  要:聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)因其兼具芳香族聚酯的刚性和脂肪族聚酯的柔性,成为可生物降解材料领域应用最为广泛的材料之一。合成PBAT树脂过程中,不可避免的会发生1,4-丁二醇的环化反应以及PBAT树脂的热分解反应产生四氢呋喃(THF)。作为一种挥发性溶剂,残留在PBAT树脂中的THF会随着PBAT树脂的使用而扩散到空气中,对从业人员产生健康风险,因此有必要对PBAT树脂中残留的THF进行检测和消减。本文基于静态顶空-色相色谱联用技术,建立了PBAT树脂中THF残留量的快速检测方法。并进一步研究顶空温度,顶空时间对THF残留量检测结果的影响,以及不同烘干时间对降低PBAT树脂THF残留量的效果,为生产工艺的优化提供指导。Polybutylene terephthalate(PBAT)is one of the most widely used materials in the field of biodegradable materials because it combines the rigidity of aromatic polyesters with the flexibility of aliphatic polyesters.During the synthesis of PBAT resin,cyclization of 1,4-butanediol and thermal decomposition of PBAT resin inevitably occurs,resulting in tetrahydrofuran(THF).As a volatile solvent,the residual THF in PBAT resin will diffuse into the air with the use of PBAT resin,posing a health risk to the workers,so it is necessary to detect and abate the residual THF in PBAT resin.A rapid method for the determination of THF residue in PBAT resin was established based on static headspace-colorimetric chromatography.The effects of headspace temperature and headspace time on the detection of THF residue and the effect of different drying time on the reduction of THF residue in PBAT resin were further investigated to provide guidance for the optimization of the production process.
