摘 要:为攻克分光光度法在检出限、萃取剂用量以及抗干扰能力等方面的技术难点,优化研制出一套新型水中痕量锑在线自动监测仪,并选取5种型号的锑在线自动监测仪,进行性能比对研究。结果表明,新型锑在线自动监测仪的萃取剂用量小于2 mL、检出限低至1μg/L、线性误差小于2.5%、相对误差小于5%、加标回收率范围88.2%~104%、精密度相对偏差小于2%、量程漂移小于2%,均优于其他4种型号,能较好地应用于地表水中锑的实时监测和预警防控。In order to overcomethe technical difficulties of spectrophotometry in detection limit,extraction dosage and anti-interference ability,a new type of online automatic monitoring instrument for trace heavy metal antimony in water was optimized and developed.And five types of online automatic monitoring instruments was selected and their performance was compared.The results showed that the extraction amount of the new on-line automatic antimony monitoring instrument developed was less than 2 mL,the detection limit was as low as 1μg/L,the linear error,the relative error,the precision range and span Drift were less than 2.5%,5%,2%and 2%,the standard recovery range was 88.2%~104%.They were better than the other four types of online antimony automatic monitoring instruments,and can be well applied to the real-time monitoring,early warning and control of antimony in surface water.
