摘  要:对ITO靶材生产废水含氨氮废水质进行分析,对常用的氨氮处理方法进行研究,选用磷酸铵镁化学沉淀法和次氯酸钠折点加氯除氨氮方法进行监测实验研究,此废水磷酸铵镁化学沉淀法最佳摩尔比N∶Mg∶PO_(4)=1∶1.7∶1.7,次氯酸钠折点加氯方法最佳摩尔比N∶Cl摩尔比1∶1.6,磷酸铵镁化学沉淀法和次氯酸钠折点加氯方法均能将氨氮降到标准以下,单独使用的药剂成本分别为3700元/吨和2500元/吨。磷酸铵镁化学沉淀法产生的鸟粪石如果可以1200元/每吨以上价格出售,对于ITO靶材生产含氨氮废水磷酸铵镁化学沉淀法具有成本优势。The quality of ammonia nitrogen-containing wastewater in ITO target production wastewater was analyzed,the commonly used ammonia nitrogen treatment methods were studied,and the ammonium magnesium phosphate chemical precipitation method and sodium hypochlorite vertex chlorination and ammonia nitrogen removal method were selected for monitoring experimental research,the best molar ratio N∶Mg∶PO4=1∶1.7∶1.7 of the ammonium magnesium phosphate chemical precipitation method,and the best molar ratio N∶Cl of sodium hypochlorite vertex chlorination method molar ratio was 1∶1.6,ammonium magnesium phosphate chemical precipitation method and sodium hypochlorite vertex chlorination method can reduce ammonia nitrogen below the standard,and the cost of the agent used alone was 3700 yuan/ton and 2500 yuan/ton,respectively.If the struvite produced by the ammonium magnesium phosphate chemical precipitation method can be sold at a price of more than 1200 yuan/per ton,it had a cost advantage for the chemical precipitation method of ammonium magnesium phosphate in ammonia nitrogen-containing wastewater produced by ITO targets.
