管廊项目蒸汽管道水锤问题分析及改进措施

摘  要:某大型炼化一体化管廊设计项目,在总体2#管廊上布置了一根口径为40吋的低压蒸汽总管,该低压蒸汽管道设置多个分支,为分布在2#管廊附近的装置区及公用工程站提供低压蒸汽。在低压蒸汽管道通入蒸汽,在试车几天后,现场反馈管道管道有局部鼓包、水锤现象、管托发生较大偏移等现象。设计院对管道进行应力分析、管道的重要管架位置、膨胀弯位置以及疏水阀组位置及数量核实符合要求后。最后分析出发生问题的原因,增加一套临时的切断阀等措施,对管线进行局部改造,消除水锤现象的再次发生。A 40-inch low-pressure steam main was installed on the overall 2#pipe gallery of a large-scale refining and integrated pipeline design project.The low-pressure steam pipeline had multiple branches,which provided low-pressure steam for the equipment area and public engineering stations distributed near the 2#pipe gallery.After the low-pressure steam pipeline was put into operation for several days,there were reports of local bulges,water hammer phenomena,and significant deviations in the pipe support.The design institute conducted stress analysis on the pipeline,verified the important pipe rack positions,expansion bend positions,and the position and quantity of the drainage valve groups.Finally,the cause of the problem was analyzed,and measures were taken to add a temporary cut-off valve and perform local transformation of the pipeline to eliminate the recurrence of water hammer phenomena.
