防水沥青涂盖料耐久性影响因素研究

摘　　要：防水沥青卷材的主要组成是防水沥青涂盖料(简称涂盖料)。在自然环境中受阳光辐射、空气、雨水等诸多因素会老化,涂盖料的主要耐久性评价指标软化点、粘度、低温柔度逐步劣化,使用寿命缩短。通过研究表明,基质沥青种类、软组分对涂盖料耐久性影响较大,胶粉和改性剂影响较小,为进一步优化防水沥青卷材生产工艺提供依据。Bitumen waterproof was mainly composed of bitumen coating material.In nature environment,heat,light,oxygen,water and other factors would deteriorate bitumen coating material quality,reduce its durability,shorten life.The study showed that the type of base butimen and soft component had a greater impact on the durability of coating material,while the type of rubber powder and modifier,had a smaller impact,provided a basis for further optimization of the production process of bitumen waterproofing.
