摘　　要：某公司在作业安全风险分级管控方面存在方法落后、人员不足、管理粗放、措施难以落地等问题。为健全安全风险分级管控和隐患排查治理双重预防工作机制,提升安全管控水平,在“两票”系统的基础上建立安全风险分级管控系统,实现“两票”系统与安全风险分级管控系统的联动,推进安全风险分级管控在具体生产作业流程中的应用。In terms of hierarchical control of operation safety risks,the deficiencies such as backward methods and insufficient personnel,extensive risk management and poor implemented measures exist in a company.In order to standardize the dual prevention mechanism of hierarchical safety risk control and hidden danger investigation and management,improved the safety management and control level,the company established a hierarchical safety risk control system on the"two tickets"system,and realized the linkage between the"two tickets"system and the hierarchical safety risk control system,which promotes the application of hierarchical safety risk control in specific production operations.
