摘 要:通过对电力施工作业习惯性违章和多发性违章现象的分析,探讨了其危害及原因,提出了改进措施和建议。采取完善安全管理制度、加强员工安全教育培训、强化安全技术措施、建立安全奖惩制度、引入现代化新技术、加强施工过程监管等措施,能有效预防和减少电力施工习惯性违章和多发性违章的发生,提高电力施工的安全生产水平。By analyzing the habitual and frequent violations in power construction operations,the hazards and causes of such violations are studied and the improvement countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.By standardizing the safety management system,promoting safety education and training for employees,strengthening technical safety measures,establishing the safety reward and punishment system,inputting new and modernized technologies,improving the whole-process supervision and other measures,it is expected to effectively prevent and reduce the occurrence of habitual and frequent violations in power construction operations,and improve the safety production level of power construction.
