摘  要:异种钢焊接接头在超超临界机组中广泛应用,而异种钢焊缝质量影响整体结构的安全,焊缝中如存在危害性缺欠对质量影响很大,因此要重视焊缝结构的安全性能,并对焊缝质量进行严格检测,对此提出异种钢焊缝相控阵超声检测方案,以解决异种钢焊缝在非不锈钢侧熔合线处产生的微裂纹的检测问题。Dissimilar steel welded joints are widely used in ultra supercritical power units,whereas the quality of dissimilar steel welds hinder the safety of integral configuration,and if a harmful defect occurs in the welds,it might bring about largely adverse effects on its quality.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention on the safety performance of welded structures and stringent testing should be carried out on the weld quality,in view of which a phased-array ultrasonic testing scheme for dissimilar steel welds is proposed so as to solve the problem of micro-cracking detection of dissimilar steel welds at the fusion line on the non-stainless steel side.
