摘　　要：针对铁路货车摇枕、侧架及车钩等关键铸钢件铸造质量和铁路罐式集装箱筒体焊缝焊接质量管控为目标,开展基于X射线数字化检测技术、方法及装备的研究和应用。采用X射线DR检测和CT检测技术,一定程度上替代了以往的X射线胶片照相、密实度解剖等质量管控措施。另外,通过研究设计数字化检测辅助装备及指令系统等,应用新的检测工艺方法,逐渐完善数字化检测质量管控措施,实现检测质量、产品质量和检测效率全面提升。Aiming at the casting quality of key steel castings of railway freight car,such as rocker,side frame and coupler,and the welding quality control of railway tank container body,the research and application of digital X-ray detection technology,method and equipment were carried out.X-ray DR detection and CT detection technologies are used to replace the previous quality control measures such as X-ray film photography and density anatomy to a certain extent.In addition,through the research and design of digital detection auxiliary equipment and instruction system,and the application of new detection process methods,the digital detection quality control measures are gradually improved,and the detection quality,product quality and detection efficiency are comprehensively improved.
