摘 要:农药是控制作物病虫害、提高农作物产量的重要手段。然而,现有农药的长期不合理使用已经造成严重的抗性和生态环境问题。开发基于新靶标的绿色农药是解决上述问题的有效途径。新靶标的发现与应用是国际农药科技竞争的制高点,是中国科协发布的60个重大科学问题和工程技术难题之一,也是中国科学院和中国工程院发布的农业领域“卡脖子”问题之一。The use of pesticides is essential for controlling agricultural diseases and pests and increasing crop yields.However,the persistent and reckless use of current pesticides has resulted in significant ecological problems and resistance.To address these issues,it is necessary to develop green insecticides based on the discovery of new molecular targets for pesticides.Identifying and utilizing these new targets is crucial for international competitiveness in pesticide research and technology.This is due to its recognition as one of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology's 60 primary challenges in science,engineering,and technology,as well as its acknowledgement by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering as a bottleneck in the agricultural industry.
