城市规划引导下的区域建筑设计研究——以容东城市客厅58-4沿街商办为例

摘　　要：雄安新区城市整体规划建设的模式,让建筑师可以更加深入地思考建筑与城市的关系。文章以容东城市客厅58-4沿街商办5组建筑为例,阐述了该项目作为容东门户建筑,在限定的上位规划理念下,以不限定的设计探索,对风貌基因进行了演绎,在形态上达到了中西合璧的效果,在建筑内部功能上也遵循了现实的开发模式,为未来不确定的功能业态主动做出了扩展预留,使建筑达到内外兼修的境界。The overall urban planning and construction model of Xiong’an New Area has made architects think more deeply about the relationship between architecture and the city.Taking five commercial and office buildings along the street on Plots 58-4 in the urban living room of Rongdong area as an example,this paper explains that as the gateway building of Rongdong,the project inherits and carries forward the limited upper planning concept,and translates the style genes with unrestricted design exploration,achieving the effect of combining Chinese and Western styles in form.In terms of the internal functions of the building,it also follows the realistic development model,and actively makes expansion reservations for the uncertain functional formats in the future,so that the building can achieve the realm of both internal and external cultivation.
