摘　　要：文章简单介绍了商业综合体在设计中所包括的内容,以及各个方面所需遵循的国家相关法律法规,旨在设计之初使方案能够更加全面深入,在建造技术、国家法规及商业经济性等多方面取得适合项目自身的平衡点。通过分析地下车库、人防工程、设备用房、功能分区、人员流线组织、防火疏散及外立面方案在具体设计和实际工程中所考虑的要素及运用,将城市的功能建筑与人文环境相结合,从而实现聚集区域人气,带动周边经济发展,提升项目自身品牌效应,从而达到商业利益最大化。This paper briefly introduces the contents included in the design of the commercial complex,as well as the relevant national laws and regulations that need to be followed in all aspects,aiming to make the scheme more comprehensive and in-depth at the beginning of the design,and to achieve a balance suitable for the project itself in terms of construction technology,national regulations and commercial economy.By analyzing the elements and applications of civil air defense engineering,parking,equipment room,functional division,streamline organization,vertical transportation,fire prevention and evacuation and facade scheme in specific design and actual engineering,the functional architecture of the city is combined with the human environment,so as to achieve the popularity of the gathering area,to drive the development of the surrounding economy,to enhance the brand effect of the project itself,and to maximize the commercial benefits.
