摘 要:载体桩是一种桩基施工与软基处理相结合的施工工艺,近年来凭借其独特的施工过程和检测方法,在软弱地基基础处理方面得到了广泛的应用,经济性与适用性得到了较好的体现。文章结合载体桩施工及应用中的经验,对载体桩成桩工艺及受力原理进行了分析,根据潍坊润丰化工西厂区、北厂区现场试验情况,通过标准贯入试验检验了载体桩对周围砂层挤密且消除液化层的效果,通过单桩竖向抗压静载试验检验了载体桩桩端在消除液化后的持力层中单桩承载力。为潍坊北部沿海地区桩基础设计提供了经验与依据。Carrier pile is a construction process that combines pile foundation construction and soft foundation treatment.In recent years,with its unique construction process and detection method,it has been widely used in weak foundation treatment,and its economy and applicability have been well reflected.Combined with the experience in the construction and application of carrier piles,the pile forming process and force of the carrier pile are analyzed.According to the on-site test situation of the West Factory and North Factory of Weifang Rainbow Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the effect of the carrier pile on the surrounding sand layer and the elimination of the liquefaction layer was tested through the standard penetration test.Through the single pile vertical pressure-resistant static load test,the carrying capacity of the end of the carrier pile in the single pile in the retention layer after the liquefaction is tested.It provides experience and basis for the design of pile foundation in the northern coastal area of Weifang.
