摘　　要：本研究旨在探讨建筑项目屋面工程、地下工程和外窗工程防渗漏技术,在屋面工程方面,研究了施工准备,以及常见的质量通病及其原因;在地下工程方面,重点讨论了针对大面积渗漏水、孔洞漏水和裂隙漏水的处理方法;在外窗工程领域,研究集中于防水施工技术、渗漏预防措施及施工质量保证措施。本研究对于提高建筑施工质量、降低后期维修成本具有重要意义,为行业提供了有益的指导和借鉴。This paper aims to explore the anti-leakage technology of roof engineering,underground engineering,and exterior window engineering in building projects.In terms of roof engineering,construction preparation,the common quality problems,and their causes were studied.In terms of underground engineering,the focus was on discussing treatment methods for large-scale seepage,hole leakage,and crack leakage.In the field of exterior window engineering,research focuses on waterproofing construction techniques,leakage prevention measures,and construction quality assurance measures.This paper is of great significance for improving construction quality and reducing maintenance costs in the later stage,and provides useful guidance and reference for the industry.
