摘 要:某电厂工程的基坑挖设深度在11.5~20.1m,对支护方案的设计水平提出了较高的要求。施工单位初步提出四种支护方式,包括地下连续墙、网喷砼护顶+灌注桩+钢支撑等,运用层次分析法,从安全性、经济性、环保性、施工便捷性四个角度出发,确定最佳支护方案为网喷砼护顶+灌注桩+钢支撑。文章论述了施工阶段钻孔灌注桩和网喷砼的技术要点,分析了基坑支护结构监测系统的测点布置方法、报警阈值以及监测数据。结果显示,该项目深基坑支护方案达到了良好的效果。The excavation depth of the foundation pit in a certain power plant project is between 11.5 and 20.1 meters,which put forward high requirements for the design level of the support scheme.The construction unit has initially proposed four types of support methods,including underground continuous walls,net sprayed concrete roof protection+cast-in-place piles+steel supports,and so on.Using the analytic hierarchy process,the optimal support scheme is determined from four perspectives of safety,economy,construction convenience,and environmental protection,which is net sprayed concrete roof protection+cast-in-place piles+steel supports.During the construction phase,the technical key points of drilled cast-in-place piles and net sprayed concrete were discussed,and the measurement point layout method,alarm threshold,and monitoring data of the foundation pit support structure monitoring system were analyzed.The results show that the deep foundation pit support scheme of the project has achieved good results.
