摘　　要：建筑防渗漏施工的效果与防水材料、施工工艺、过程质量管理、防水设计水平密切相关,受到多种因素的综合影响。为了提高防渗漏施工的质量,本研究运用全面质量管理的方法,从材料选型、造价成本控制、防水工艺设计、施工过程管控四个层面出发,制定出系统性的施工管理对策。再结合某地下室工程,基于全面质量管理理念,分析了防渗漏施工技术的具体应用方法。The effectiveness of building anti-leakage construction is closely related to waterproofing materials,construction technology,process quality management,and waterproofing design level,and is influenced by multiple factors.In order to improve the quality of anti-leakage construction,a comprehensive quality management method is applied in the paper.Starting from four levels of material selection,cost control,waterproof process design,and construction process control,the systematic construction management countermeasures are developed.Combined with a certain basement project,based on the concept of comprehensive quality management,the specific application methods of anti-leakage construction technology are analyzed.
