羊角天麻根状茎中香木兰烷和愈创木烷倍半萜成分研究

摘　　要：目的:深入认识羊角天麻提取物中倍半萜类成分的类型与结构,为该植物的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱等分离手段,对羊角天麻干燥根状茎80%乙醇提取物中的倍半萜类成分进行分离纯化,依据理化性质及现代波谱技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从羊角天麻80%乙醇提取物中分离了6个倍半萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:4β,10β,15-三羟基-香木兰烷-10,15-缩丙酮(1),4α-羟基-10β-甲氧基-1β-H,5β-H-香木兰烷(2),4β,10β⁃香木兰烷二醇(3),匙叶桉油烯醇(4),2-氧愈创木-1(10),3,5,7(11),8-五烯-12,8-内酯(5),蒲公英苦素(6)。结论:羊角天麻含有香木兰烷倍半萜和愈创木烷倍半萜成分,为深入认识羊角天麻化学品质提供了研究依据。Objective:To gain a deeper understanding of the types and structures of sesquiterpenoids in the extract of Dobinea delavayi,and to provide scientific basis for the development and utilization of this plant.Methods:Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to separate and purify sesquiterpenoids from 80%ethanol extract of dried rhizome of D.delavayi,and the compounds were structurally characterized on the basis of physicochemical properties and modern spectroscopic techniques.Results:Six sesquiterpenoid compounds were isolated and identified as:4β,10β,15-trihydroxy-aromadendrane-10,15-acetonide(1),4α-hydroxy-10β-methoxy-1β-H,5β-H-aromadendrane(2),4β,10β⁃aromadendranediol(3),spathulenol(4),2-oxoguaia-1(10),3,5,7(11),8-pentaen-12,8-olide(5),and taraxacin(6).Conclusion:D.delavayi contains aromadendrane sesquiterpenoids and guaiane sesquiterpenoids.This study provides a research basis for a deeper understanding of the chemical quality of D.delavayi.
