摘　　要：本文提出了一套天然气流量计介质组份发布装置,可针对流量计算机的组份数据参数,动态配置数据类型、从机地址、字节顺序、读写权限,并映射到OCS的%R类本地寄存器,并通过GRM230智能网关实现组份数据的实时网页发布,解决了天然气计量组份数据难于发布部署的难题。本文还详细介绍了OCS可编程控制器作为主机采集流量计算机天然气组份数据,作为从机连接智能网关的配置;进一步阐述了GRM230智能网关设备连接、变量编辑、报警设置、网页发布、密码权限管理及主/从机通讯连接的配置过程。该装置实现了天然气介质组份数据的实时采集和发布,有效提升了现场天然气计量的工作效率。In this paper,a set of media component distribution device of natural gas flowmeter is developed,which can dynamically configure the data type,slave address,byte order,read and write permissions according to the component data parameters of the flow computer,and map to the%R class local register of OCS,and realize the real-time web page release of component data through the GRM230 intelligent gateway.It solves the problem that it is difficult to publish and deploy the data of natural gas metering components.This paper introduces in detail the configuration of OCS programmable controller as host computer to collect gas component data and as slave computer to connect intelligent gateway.The configuration process of GRM230 intelligent gateway device connection,variable editing,alarm setting,web page publishing,password permission management and master/slave communication connection is further described.The device realizes real-time collection and release of natural gas medium component data,and effectively improves the working efficiency of on-site natural gas measurement.
