摘 要:机械加速澄清池是集混合、反应以及分离过程于一体的水处理构筑物,广泛应用于原水预处理中。但在实际应用中,由于水质的变化使得机械加速澄清池的使用效果大打折扣。因此采用较为先进的控制系统,对机械加速澄清池中的加药量、凝絮反应效果、出水水质等参数加以动态控制,提升其处理效果和运行稳定性。本文以某电厂为对象,分析了机械加速澄清池的处理情况,并试验研究了多参数协同原水净化全自动智能控制系统,通过对水质相应参数如加药量、参数控制、时效性等进行有效控制,实现电厂原水预处理技术的升级。Mechanical accelerated clarification tank is a water treatment structure that integrates mixing,reaction,and separation processes.It is widely used in raw water pre-treatment.However,in practical applications,the use effect of mechanical accelerated clarification tank is greatly reduced due to changes in water quality.Therefore,a more advanced control system is adopted to dynamically control parameters such as dosage,coagulation reaction effect,and effluent quality in the mechanical accelerated clarification tank,improve its processing efficiency and operational stability.The article takes a certain power plant as the blueprint,analyzes the treatment situation of the mechanical accelerated clarifier,and conducts experimental research on a multi-parameter collaborative raw water purification fully automatic intelligent control system.By effectively controlling the corresponding parameters of water quality,such as dosage,parameter control,timeliness,etc.,the upgrading of raw water pretreatment technology in the power plant is achieved.
