摘 要:近年来,我国化工行业发展迅速,对仪器仪表的要求也越来越高。化工仪器仪表的稳定性对生产安全性和经济效益具有重要的影响。但在实际生产中,化工仪器仪表经常由于各种原因发生故障,影响企业正常生产运行。本文主要阐述了化工仪器仪表的原理和可靠性分析方法,分析了化工仪器仪表故障诊断及排除的方法,提出了仪器仪表维护与管理的有效测量,希望为仪器仪表维护人员提供一定参考。In recent years,China's chemical industry has developed rapidly,and the requirements for instruments and meters are also getting higher.The stability of chemical instruments has an important impact on production safety and economic benefits.However,in actual production,chemical instruments and meters often fail due to various reasons,affecting the normal operation of enterprises.This paper mainly describes the principle and reliability analysis method of chemical instrumentation,analyzes the method of fault diagnosis and elimination of chemical instrumentation,and puts forward the effective measurement of instrument maintenance and management,hoping to provide certain reference for instrument maintenance personnel.
