摘 要:针对某双端面机械密封,分析了硬质合金配对碳石墨、硬质合金配对碳化硅两种组对方式在不同温度的清水和液压油中的温度场,结果显示:冲洗液为水时,冲洗流量增大,密封环温升下降不明显,冲洗液为油时,冲洗流量增大,密封环温升下降较大;液压油作为冲洗液时密封端面最高温度较水作为冲洗液时最高温度高25~42℃;采用水作为冲洗液时,冲洗液在不同温度下密封环最高温升都在11℃左右,合理控制冲洗液温度可有效解决密封环端面温升问题;采用液压油作为冲洗液时,密封环端面温升在33~54℃之间,单纯控制冲洗液温度和流量都不能有效降低密封环温升,在此工况下硬质合金和碳化硅组对性能更优。For a certain double end mechanical seal,the temperature field of carbon graphite and hard alloy with silicon carbide in different temperatures of clean water and hydraulic oil was analyzed.The results showed that when the flushing fluid was water,the flushing amount increased,but the temperature rise of the sealing ring did not decrease significantly.When the flushing fluid was oil,the flushing amount increased,and the temperature rise of the sealing ring decreased significantly;The maximum temperature of the sealing end face when hydraulic oil is used as flushing fluid is 25~42℃higher than that when water is used as flushing fluid;When water is used as the flushing solution,the highest temperature rise of the sealing ring is about 11℃at different temperatures.Reasonable control of the flushing solution temperature can effectively solve the problem of temperature rise on the sealing ring end face;When hydraulic oil is used as the flushing fluid,the temperature rise of the sealing ring end face is between 33℃and 54℃.Simply controlling the flushing fluid temperature and flow rate cannot effectively reduce the temperature rise of the sealing ring.Under this working condition,hard alloy has better performance on silicon carbide pairs.
