摘  要:针对滚压成型工艺下无扩口导管接头,将三维滚压过程简化到二维平面进行分析,建立成型扭矩及螺母预紧力矩的等效换算方程,对导管-管套接触面间的密封机理进行解析。基于无扩口导管接头二维有限元模型,对滚压接触面间的密封性能进行评价,得到四处有效密封带。同时,深入探究了滚压成型扭矩以及装配状态下介质压力对接头体密封性能的影响规律,结果表明,成型扭矩及介质压力均对接头体的密封性能具有正向作用。最后,进行了接头体在2倍工作压力下耐压试验,经检验试验件无泄漏情况,证明接头体具有良好的密封性能。The three-dimensional rolling process is simplified to a two-dimensional plane for the analysis of the flareless conduit joint body under the rolling molding process,and the equivalent conversion equations of the molding torque and the nut preloading torque are established to analyze the sealing mechanism between the conduit-sleeve contact surfaces.Based on the two-dimensional finite element model of the flareless conduit joint,the sealing performance between the rolled contact surfaces is evaluated,and four effective sealing bands are obtained.At the same time,the influence of rolling molding torque and medium pressure on the sealing performance of the joint body under the assembly state was investigated in depth,and the results showed that both the molding torque and medium pressure had a positive effect on the sealing performance of the joint body.Finally,the pressure resistance test of the joint body was carried out under 2 times of the working pressure,and the test pieces were inspected without leakage,which proved that the joint body had good sealing performance.
