摘  要:织构化表面具有显著地提升接触面动压润滑特性,降低接触面摩擦磨损的作用。液压元件织构化表面由于实际应用中受到工作压力的影响,其基底材料会产生形变,该形变量会影响到表面织构结构,同时由于织构的碎屑收集作用,使得织构内部结构产生变化。因此,对织构化表面在液压工况下的形变与碎屑收集引起的变化进行综合分析,结合二次润滑理论,对织构化表面在液压元件接触面中的作用机理进行研究。研究分析了织构化表面在液压工况下织构的留存性能及动压润滑效应稳定性的保持,验证了织构在实际应用中的可行性,介绍了综合形变与动压润滑效应的关系,将二者在工作时间上进行匹配,并对织构“二次润滑”的来源与作用机理进行了揭示。Textured surfaces have the effect of significantly improving the dynamic pressure lubrication characteristics of the contact surfaces and reducing the friction and wear of the contact surfaces.Hydraulic element woven surface due to the practical application of the impact of the working pressure,the substrate material will be affected by the stress generated deformation,the deformation will affect the surface structure of the fabric;at the same time,due to the debris collection of the fabric,making the internal structure of the fabric to produce changes.Therefore,this paper comprehensively analyzes the deformation of the textured surface and the changes caused by the debris collection under the hydraulic working condition,and combines the theory of secondary lubrication to study the mechanism of the textured surface in the contact surface of the hydraulic components.The study analyzes the retention performance of the textile structure and the stability of the dynamic pressure lubrication effect of the textile structure under hydraulic working conditions,verifies the feasibility of the textile structure in practical applications,analyzes the relationship between the integrated deformation and the dynamic pressure lubrication effect,matches the two in the working time,and reveals the source and mechanism of the“secondary lubrication”of the textile structure.The source and mechanism of“secondary lubrication”are revealed.
