摘  要:针对微启式安全阀在起跳时失效的问题,以DN50弹簧式安全阀为研究对象,进行了3种典型工况的瞬态流场仿真分析。并对各工况下阀芯头部所受的流体压力脉动时域信息进行监测和快速傅里叶变换(FFT),通过分析各工况云图、时域信息和频域信息,深入研究了安全阀起跳失效的机理。结果表明,安全阀处于低起跳高度工况时,介质的高流速是引起阀芯和阀座发生冲蚀破坏和腐蚀破坏的主要原因;安全阀起跳高度是影响其阀芯上压力脉动剧烈程度的重要因素,且阀门起跳高度越小,进出口压差越大,介质作用于阀芯的压力脉动会越剧烈;阀门起跳高度越小,发生流激共振时的振动频率越高,更容易导致安全阀失效。Aiming at the failure of the micro-start safety valve during take-off,the DN50 spring-type safety valve was taken as the research object,and the transient flow field simulation analysis was carried out for three typical working conditions.The time domain information of the fluid pressure pulsation on the head of the spool under each condition was monitored and fast Fourier transformed(FFT),and the mechanism of the safety valve failure during opening was studied in depth by analyzing the cloud diagrams of each condition,the time domain information and the frequency domain information.The results show that,when the safety valve is in the working condition of low open height,the high flow rate of medium is the main reason for the occurrence of erosion damage and corrosion damage of the valve spool and valve seat;the open height of the safety valve is an important factor affecting the degree of intensity of pressure pulsation on the spool,and the smaller the open height of the valve,the larger the difference between the inlet and outlet pressures,and the more intense the pressure pulsation of medium acting on the spool;the smaller the open height of the valve,the higher the vibration frequency of the flow excitation resonance,and the more likely to lead to the failure of the valve;the higher the vibration frequency,the more likely to lead to the failure of the valve.The smaller the starting height of the valve,the higher the vibration frequency,more likely to lead to safety valve failure.
