摘  要:以实际试验为基础结合有限元数值模拟方法,探讨DN300-900LB平行闸阀的密封性能与改进方法。结果表明:改进前闸阀开启后内腔流体作用于单一闸板受力明显及闸板处于流体中有一定晃动现象,造成闸板密封面冲刷与同心度偏移长时间使用引起泄漏,改进后闸板采用多个零件组合而成,导向板和S型弹簧固定即可保住同心度又降低流体对闸板影响,使管道设备安全运行,该研究成果不仅对改进闸板结构提高密封性具有科学的指导意义,还为该类管道产品设计提供参考依据。The sealing performance and improvement method of DN300-900LB parallel gate valve are discussed based on the actual test and finite element numerical simulation method.The results show that:Improvement after gate valves open before fluid ACTS on the single ram stress significantly and ram sloshing phenomenon in fluid to a certain extent,gate seal face flush and concentricity deviation for a long time to use cause leakage,the improved ram adopt multiple parts,guide plate and S type spring fixed can keep concentricity and reduce fluid ram impact,make the safe operation of the pipeline equipment.The research results not only have scientific guiding significance for improving gate structure and improving sealing performance,but also provide reference for the design of this kind of pipeline products.
