摘　　要：传统的直动式溢流阀受弹簧刚度引起的调节部分结构尺寸、调节力矩的限制,最大名义通径为DN30,流量仅达330 L/min,对于超过此流量的液压系统无能为力。通过应用成熟的二通插装阀结构,并突破传统的阀芯弹簧腔无压力油的设计,经阀芯中间通道或外部油路块及盖板体的X通道,引入阀芯底部压力油至弹簧腔,改变传统的弹簧预压力与阀芯底部直径D_(1)的液压作用力平衡,为与直径D_(1)与D_(2)组成的环形面积作用力平衡,从而减小弹簧刚度,乃至调节部分结构尺寸、调节力矩。设计结果表明,采用该方法设计的新型,直动式溢流阀实际通径达DN50,流量可达2500 L/min。设计了阀的附加功能选项:通过加装控制阀使阀芯弹簧腔压力油回油箱,实现二级压力,并衍生出双向型溢流阀,使A,B口能互相溢流。The traditional direct relief valve is limited by the structural dimension of adjustment part and adjusting torque caused by the spring stiffness.resulting in a maximum nominal diameter of DN30 and a flow rate of only 330 L/min,which is powerless for the hydraulic system exceeding this flow rate.The editor created a new two-way cartridge valve structure with mature application,and broke through the traditional design of valve core spring chamber without pressure oil.The pressure oil at the bottom of the valve core is introduced into the spring chamber through the middle channel of the valve core or the X channel of the external oil circuit block and the cover plate body,changing the balance between the traditional spring pre pressure and the hydraulic force of the valve core bottom diameter D_(1),so as to balance the force of the annular area composed of the diameters D_(1) and D_(2).In this way,the spring stiffness is reduced,and even reduced the structural dimension of adjustment part and adjusting torque.By using this principle,the actual diameter of the new direct relief valve can reach DN50 and the flow can reach 2500 L/min.The additional function option of the valve is designed:the pressure oil in the spring chamber of the valve element is returned to the oil tank by adding a control valve to realize the secondary pressure.A two-way relief valve is derived to enable A and B ports to overflow each other.
