摘  要:介绍了一种总线压力变送器自校准方法,该总线压力变送器内部增加了标准电阻集,电阻集的阻值由传感器探头发生形变时的阻值变化范围决定,自校准时通过选定标准电阻集中的相应电阻来对应压力基准,改变了压力变送器需要拆卸进行校准的传统模式,实现了火力发电厂现场总线压力变送器自校准,既保证了火力发电厂安全、可靠运行,又降低了压力仪表的运行维护成本。This article introduces a self calibration method for a bus pressure transmitter,which adds a standard resistance set inside the bus pressure transmitter.The resistance value of the resistance set is determined by the range of resistance changes when the sensor probe deforms.During self calibration,the corresponding resistance in the selected standard resistance set corresponds to the pressure reference,changing the traditional mode of disassembling the pressure transmitter for calibration,The self calibration of pressure transmitters on the field bus of thermal power plants has been achieved,which not only ensures the safe and reliable operation of thermal power plants,but also reduces the operation and maintenance costs of pressure instruments.
