摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是育龄期妇女最常见的生殖内分泌疾病,影响女性生育能力、代谢水平、心血管系统等多方面;但由于其异质性及发生机制的复杂性,目前临床上多为针对其症状的临时和不完善的治疗,难以达到令人满意的效果。高雄激素血症(HA)是PCOS的主要临床表现和核心生化指征之一,本文主要总结近年来关于PCOS-HA相关发生机制及有效治疗的研究进展,为PCOS-HA的临床干预提供更多参考和思路。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is the most common reproductive endocrine disease in women of childbearing age,which affects women’s fertility,metabolism and cardiovascular system.However,due to its heterogeneity and complexity of mechanism,most clinical treatment strategies are temporary and imperfect for symptoms,resulting in dissatisfied outcomes.Hyperandrogenism(HA)is the core of clinical manifestations and biochemical indications of PCOS.Therefore,this article mainly summarizes the mechanism and effective treatment related to PCOS-HA in recent years to provide a reference for clinical intervention.
