2型糖尿病患者听力损伤与血清AGEGF的相关性分析

摘  要:目的研究2型糖尿病患者听力损伤与血清晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的浓度,及其相互作用关系。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)检测血清AGEs和VEGF的含量。实验组为糖尿病患者104例,其中糖尿病伴有听力损害者49例(A组),单纯糖尿病患者55例(B组);对照组为47例健康者(C组)。结果3组受检者体重指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TC)、尿酸(UA)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAIc)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三脂(TG)、血浆纤维蛋白(FIB)、AGEs、VEGF水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中与C组相比,A组及B组FPG、HbA1c、LDL-C、TG、FIB、AGEs、VEGF均明显升高(P<0.05);与B组相比,A组AGEs及VEGF水平升高(P<0.05);AGEs与FPG、LDL-C、HbA1c、糖尿病病程均呈正相关(P<0.05)。VEGF与FPG、HbA1c、FIB、糖尿病病程均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清AGEs、VEGF与糖尿病听力损伤的发生及发展相关。AGEs、VEGF可作为早期诊断2型糖尿病耳聋预测及后期的预后参考。Objective To research the interrelation between advanced glycation end products(AGEs) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)accompanied with hearing loss.Methods The levels of AGEs and VEGF were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 49 patients with T2DM with hearing loss(group A),55 patients with T2DM only(group B),and 47 healthy subjects(group C).Results Body mass index(BMI),total cholesterol(TC),,and uric acid(UA)were not significantly different among three groups(P>0.05),while fasting glucose(FPG),HbAlc,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglycerides(TG),plasma fibrin(FIB),AGEs and VEGF showed significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with C group,FPG,HbAlc,LDL-C,TG,FIB,AGEs and VEGF significantly increased in both A and B groups(P<0.05).AGEs and VEGF increased in A group compared with B group(P<0.05).AGEs were positively correlated with FPG,LDL-C,HbAlc and duration of diabetes(P<0.05).VEGF was positively correlated with FPG,HbA1c,FIB and duration of diabetes(P<0.05).Conclusion AGEs and VEGF are related with the occurrence and development of T2DM accompanied with hearing loss.AGEs and VEGF may be used as indicators for the early diagnosis and prognosis of the condition.
