阿莫西林颗粒联合盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液治疗儿童急性中耳炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨儿童急性中耳炎采用阿莫西林颗粒联合盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液治疗的临床效果。方法纳入酒泉市人民医院2020年6月至2022年6月收治的急性中耳炎患儿82例为研究对象,随机分2组,每组41例。对照组和观察组分别采用阿莫西林颗粒治疗和阿莫西林颗粒联合盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液治疗,比较两组的疗效、临床症状改善时间和炎症介质水平。结果观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的78.05%(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状(耳闷、流脓、耳痛和耳鸣等)改善时间,与对照组比偏短(P<0.05)。治疗后的炎症介质水平低于治疗前,观察组与对照组比偏低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论儿童急性中耳炎采用阿莫西林颗粒联合盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液治疗,能有效改善患者的临床症状,降低炎症介质水平,疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of amoxicillin granules combined with lomefloxacin hydrochloride ear drops in the treatment of acute otitis media in children.Methods 82 children with acute otitis media admitted to Jiuquan People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,41 in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with amoxicillin granules and amoxicillin granules combined with lomefloxacin hydrochloride ear drops respectively.The curative effect,clinical symptom improvement time and inflammatory mediator level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,higher than 78.05% of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of clinical symptoms(ear tightness,pus,earache and tinnitus)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory mediators after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.o5).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with acute otitis media with amoxicillin granules and lomefloxacin hydrochloride ear drops can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory mediators,and have a definite effect and high safety.
