多排螺旋CT应用于鼻炎副鼻窦炎及鼻息肉诊断中的准确性评价

摘　　要：目的探究鼻炎副鼻窦炎及鼻息肉诊断中应用多排螺旋CT的准确性。方法于2020年9月一2023年10月内筛选鼻炎副鼻窦炎及鼻息肉患者为样本,为我院收治者,入选80例,均接受多排螺旋CT检查,以临床最终结果为“金标准”,分析多排螺旋CT的诊断准确性、CT分型情况、解剖变异检出情况。结果多排螺旋CT检出78例鼻炎副鼻窦炎及鼻息肉,诊断准确性(97.50%)与临床最终结果相近(P>0.05)。80例患者中CT分型检出I型21例,I型32例,IⅡI型10例,IV型9例,V型4例,VI型4例。多排螺旋CT检出80例患者中鼻甲气化2例,鼻甲异常13例,鼻中隔偏曲33例,鼻丘气房2例,钩突异常4例,筛泡过度气化20例,Haller气房2例,上鼻甲气化4例。结论鼻炎副鼻窦炎及鼻息肉诊断中应用多排螺旋CT的准确性较高,能够清晰显示病变范围,行临床分型诊断,且能够显示病变解剖变异情况,为临床诊断提供客观依据,有推广价值。Objective To explore the accuracy of polyspiral CT in the diagnosis of rhinitis accessory sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods From September 2020 to October 2023,80 patients were selected,all of them were underwent multi-row spiral CT examination,and the final clinical result was taken as the"gold standard",the diagnostic accuracy,CT classification,and anatomical variation detection of multi-row spiral CT were analyzed.Results 78 cases of rhinitis accessory sinusitis and nasal polyps were detected in multiple row spiral CT,and the diagnostic accuracy(97.50%)was similar to the final clinical result(P>0.05).Among the 80 patients,type I was detected in 21,32,10,9,type CT 1,V and 4.In 80 patients with multiple-row spiral CT,2 were turbinate gasification,13 abnormal turbinate,33 deviated nasal septum,2 collicular gas chamber,4 abnormal uncus process,20 sieve bubble excessive gasification,2 Haller gas chamber,and 4 upper turbinate gasification.Conclusion The accuracy of multi-row spiral CT in the diagnosis of rhinitis paranasal sinusitis and nasal polyp is high,which can clearly show the lesion range,conduct clinical classification diagnosis,and show the anatomical variation of the lesion,providing objective basis for clinical diagnosis and having promotion value.
