加味玉屏风汤在肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎治疗中的应用及对患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨予以肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者加味玉屏风汤治疗的效果,评价对免疫功能的影响。方法共选择本院确诊并治疗的80例肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎患者为主体,以信封法分成试验组(40例)与对比组(40例),分别采取加味玉屏风汤、常规西药治疗,分析各组治疗效果、免疫功能、中医证候积分,研究时段为2022年5月-2023年5月。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对比组,x2检验显示P<0.05;试验组免疫球蛋白水平均高于对比组,t检验显示P<0.05;试验组中医证候积分低于对比组,t检验显示P<0.05。结论将加味玉屏风汤用于肺脾气虚型过敏性鼻炎治疗中的效果较为显著,可促进患者免疫功能改善,降低中医证候积分,应用价值较为理想。Objective To investigate the effect of adding Yupingfeng decoction on patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency type,and to evaluate the effect on immune function.Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic rhinitis of lungqi deficiency diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the main body,and were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and comparison group(40 cases)by envelope method.They were treated with supplemented Yupingfeng decoction and conventional western medicine,respectively,and the ther:peutic effect,immune function and TCM syndrome scores of each group were analyzed.The study period was from May 2022 to May 2023.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,P<0.o5;The immunoglobulin level of experimental groups was higher than that of control group,and T-test showed P<0.05.The TCM syndrome score of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and t test showed P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of modified Yupingfeng decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lungqi deficiency type is obvious,which can improve the immune function of patients and reduce the TCM syndrome score,and the application value is ideal.
