克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉患者的临床疗效及不良反应分析

摘　　要：目的探究慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉患者采用克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗的效果及不良反应。方法纳入酒泉市人民医院2021年3月至2022年3月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉患者80例为研究对象,随机分2组,每组40例。对照组和观察组分别采用克拉霉素治疗和克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组的疗效、上皮损伤程度、炎症因子水平和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。观察组上皮损伤程度0级患者占比高于对照组,1级、2级和3级患者的占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉患者采用克拉霉素联合布地奈德治疗,能有效减轻上皮损伤和炎症反应,效果显著,安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse reactions of clarithromycin combined with budesonide in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps.Methods 80 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps admitted to Jiuquan People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with clarithromycin and clarithromycin combined with budesonide respectively.The curative effect,the degree of epithelial injury,the level of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of grade O patients with epithelial injury in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of grade 1,grade 2 and grade 3 patients was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of infammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Clarithromycin combined with budesonide can effectively reduce epithelial injury and inflammatory reaction in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps,with significant effect and high safety.
