摘　　要：目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎-鼻息肉(CRSwNP)伴支气管哮喘患者鼻内镜围手术期临床研究。方法选取我院确诊的32例CRSwNP伴支气管哮喘患者,行鼻内窥镜手术(ESS),主要是鼻窦开放,息肉切除,神经阻断术,并使用吸入和鼻用糖皮质激素,孟鲁司特钠等联合治疗。术前,术后半年采用视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VSA)、Lund-Mackay评分法和哮喘控制量表(asthma control test,ACT)评分进行疗效评估。结果术后半年VSA评分为(3.17±1.86)分、Lund-Mackay评分为(10.13±5.61)分、ACT评分(23.32±3.21),均较术前有明显改善,有显著统计学差异(P值均<0.05)。结论综合治疗可有效改善CRSwNP伴支气管哮喘患者的临床症状。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive treatment in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP)and bronchial asthma.Method 52 cases of patients with CRSwNP with bronchial asthma were selected.All patients were treated with nasal polypectomy and sinus surgery and neurotomy.Inhaled corticosteroids、nasal corticosteroids and Yupingfeng particles were taken during therapeutic course.After a follow-up period for half a year,visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lund-Mackay scoring method and the asthma control scale(ACT)was used to evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect.Result By the end of therapeutic course,VAS,Lund-Mackay scoring and ACT postoperative 6m is a significant statistical difference than those of preoperative 2w(P<0.05,respectively).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of CRSwNP with bronchial asthma.
