移动互联网远程指导平台的前庭康复锻炼对前庭外周性眩晕患者眩晕残障症状的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨移动互联网远程指导平台的前庭康复锻炼对前庭外周性眩晕患者眩晕残障症状的疗效。方法选取2020年3月至2021年12月于本院收治的68例前庭外周性眩晕患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将入组的68例患者随机划分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34)。其中对照组采用常规药物治疗和护理模式,观察组在对照组基础上予以移动互联网远程指导平台的前庭康复锻炼,观察时间为4周。对比两组患者训练4周后的治疗总有效率,以及训练前、后的眩晕残障程度量表(DHI)评分、前庭症状指数(VSI)评分、Berg平衡功能量表(BBS)和Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果训练4周后,观察组患者的总有效率比对照组的更高(P<0.05);观察组患者的DHI评分、VSI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),BBS评分及BI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将移动互联网远程指导平台的前庭康复锻炼应用于前庭外周性眩晕患者康复训练中,可有效减轻患者眩晕残障症状,改善平衡功能和日常生活活动能力,并提升治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of vestibular rehabilitation exercise on mobile internet remote guidance platform on vertigo and disability in patients with peripheral vestibular vertigo.Methods A total of 68 patients with peripheral vestibular vertigo who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the 68 patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=34)and Control group(n=34).The control group was given conventional drug treatment and nursing mode,while the observation group was given vestibular rehabilitation exercises based on the mobile Internet remote guidance platform on the basis of the control group,and the observation time was 4 weeks.The total effective rate of the two groups of patients after 4 weeks of training,as well as the Vertigo Disability Level Inventory(DHI)score,Vestibular Symptom Index(VSI)score,Berg Balance Scale(BBS)and Barthel Index(BI)scoring.Results After 4 weeks of training,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the DHI score and VSI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),BBS score and BI score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the vestibular rehabilitation exercise of the mobile Internet remote guidance platform to the rehabilitation training of patients with peripheral vestibular vertigo can effectively reduce the symptoms of vertigo and disability,improve the balance function and activities of daily living,and improve the treatment effect.
