PCT和CRP及SAA联合检测对鉴别诊断小儿化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价在小儿化脓性扁桃体炎的鉴别诊断中,实施C反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)以及血清淀粉样蛋白A(serumamyloidA,SAA)联合检测的积极价值。方法纳入我院2022年8月-2023年10月55例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,根据患儿感染病原体的差异性,将其分为病毒感染组、肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)感染组以及细菌感染组;均给予PCT、CRP、SAA联合检测。结果细菌感染组患儿的PCT明显比其他两组高;而细菌感染、MP感染组的患儿,CRP、SAA水平明显高于病毒感染组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿化脓性扁桃体炎的鉴别诊断中实施PCT、CRP、SAA联合检测价值明显,可根据以上指标的数值变化,来对患儿的感染类型进行有效鉴别。Objective To evaluate the positive value of combined detection of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),and serum amyloid A(SAA)in the differential diagnosis of pediatric purulent tonsillitis.Method Fifty five children with purulent tonsillitis were included in our hospital from August 2022 to October 2023.According to the differences in pathogen infections among the children,they were divided into a viral infection group,a Mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)infection group,and a bacterial infection group;All were subjected to combined testing with PCT,CRP,and SAA.Result The PCT of children with bacterial infection was ignificantly higher than the other two groups;The levels of CRP and SAA in the bacterial infection and MP infection groups were significantly higher than those in the viral infection group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of PCT,CRP,and SAA has significant value in the differential diagnosis of pediatric purulent tonsillitis,and can effectively distinguish the type of infection in children based on the numerical changes of the above indicators.
