鼻内窥镜+支撑喉镜疗喉部良性病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜+支撑喉镜辅助治疗喉部良性病变的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年8月我院耳鼻喉科收治的70例喉部良性病变患者,随机数字表法分为试验组(鼻内窥镜+支撑喉镜辅助手术,35例)和对照组(支撑喉镜辅助手术,35例),比较观察两组手术时间,术后复查评价两组治疗优良率,健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评价两组生活质量。结果试验组平均手术用时(31.40±6.71)min短于对照组(36.92±8.05)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗优良率(97.14%)高于对照组(82.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后DF-36(84.95±6.20)分高于对照组(77.51±7.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜+支撑喉镜辅助治疗喉部良性病变,视野宽阔、成像清晰、操作精细,可以缩短手术时间,提高治疗效果,利于快速康复,提高术后早期生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal endoscope+supporting laryngoscope in the treatment of benign laryngeal diseases.Methods 70 patients with benign laryngeal diseases admitted to the otorhinolaryngology department of our hospital from January 2019 to August 2022 were randomly divided into the experimental group(35 patients with nasal endoscope+supporting laryngoscope assisted surgery)and the control group(35 patients with supporting laryngoscope assisted surgery)by numerical table method.The operation time of the two groups was compared,the excellent and good rate of the treatment of the two groups was reviewed after the operation,and the quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by the short form of health survey(SF-36).Results The average operation time of the test group(31.40±6.71)min was shorter than that of the control group(36.92±8.05)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of treatment in the test group(97.14%)was higher than that in the control group(82.86%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of DF-36(84.95±6.20)in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(77.51±7.63)(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasal endoscope+supporting laryngoscope can shorten the operation time,improve the therapeutic effect,facilitate rapid rehabilitation and improve the quality of life in the early stage after operation for benign laryngeal lesions with wide field of vision,clear imaging and fine operation.
