摘 要:目的探讨耳矫正模型在小儿先天性耳廓畸形患儿中的效果。方法回顾性分析济宁地区2021年1月-2021年10月收治的60例(60耳)小儿先天性耳廓畸形患儿的病历资料,按其日龄的不同分为对照A组18例(<28d,18耳)、对照B组22例(28-90d,22耳)与观察组20例(>90d,20耳)。对所有患儿施行耳矫正模型予以矫正,均随访3个月。对比三组矫正时间、矫正效果、并发症。结果对照A组、对照B组、观察组的矫正总有效率分别为94.44%(17/18)、81.82%(18/22)、80.00%(16/20),三组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照A组的矫正时间[(21.46±2.39)d]短于对照B组[(39.76±4.57)d]与观察组[(46.77±6.21)d],有统计学差异(P<0.05);对照A组[11.11%(2/18)]、对照B组[18.18%(4/22)]、观察组[15.00%(3/20)]的并发症发生率相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论耳矫正模型在小儿先天性耳廓畸形患儿诊治中效果确切,且日龄越小所取得的矫正效果越好,矫正时间越短,且并发症发生率低,安全可行,临床应用价值较高,可进行大力推行。Objective To investigate the effect of ear correction model in children with congenital auricular deformity.Methods The medical records of 60 children(60 ears)admitted from January 2021 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,divided into control group A,18(<28d,18 ears),22(28-90d,22 ears)and 20(>90d,20 ears).All the children were corrected by the ear correction model and were followed up for 3 months.Correction time,correction effect,and complications were compared between the three groups.Results The total correction response rate of control group A,control group B and observation group was 94.44%(17/18),81.82%(18/22)and 80.00%(16/20),respectively,There was no statistical difference between the three groups(P>0.05);The time of correction of control group A[(21.46±2.39)d]was shorter than that of control group B[(39.76±4.57)d]and the observation group[(46.77±6.21)d],Statistically different(P<0.05);Compared with the complication rates of control group A[11.11%(2/18)],control group B[18.18%(4/22)]and observation group[15.00%(3/20)],There was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The ear correction model is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of children with congenital auricular deformity,and the younger the better the correction effect,the shorter the correction time,low complication rate,safe and feasible,and high clinical application value.
